Route Description
Station: Balboa Park BART
This shuttle runs between the Balboa Park BART Station and the Brisbane - Crocker Industrial Park area office buildings during commute hours, with the exception of serving the Bayshore Caltrain Station in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.
A valid shuttle pass is required for this route.

Station Loading Area
BART: The BART shuttle pick up location is on the NW corner of Geneva & San Jose, below the cyclone fence. Look for large white PCAM transit buses.
CALTRAIN: If arriving by Caltrain, see Bayshore/Brisbane Commuter Caltrain Shuttle webpage.
The BART Shuttle serves the Bayshore Caltrain Station in the afternoon only by stopping across the street from the station. Please notify the driver if you wish to be dropped off.

Shuttle Service Holiday
The shuttle observes a number of holidays each year. On these "Service Holidays," this route will not be in operation. Following is the list of non-service days:
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
In addition to the days listed above, BART and/or Caltrain operate limited service on President's Day and the day after Thanksgiving. On these two days, the Brisbane shuttle will observe a reduced schedule. In the morning, only trips designated as "AM-B..." & "AM-C..." will operate. In the afternoon, only trips designated as "PM-A..." & "PM-C..." will operate. Please refer to the schedule to determine which trips are served.Unless noted elsewhere, the shuttle will maintain its normal schedule on days not observed as "Shuttle Holidays."

11/20/09 - Thanksgiving Holiday Information
This Alliance managed shuttle WILL NOT be operating on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2009.
The Brisbane/Crocker Industrial Park Area BART shuttle service will operate on a reduced schedule the Day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 27th.
- Buses B & C will operate in the AM
- Buses A & C will operate in the PM
Please refer to the schedule for the appropriate times.
11/20/09: CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY INFORMATION
This Alliance managed shuttle WILL NOT be operating on Christmas Day, Friday, December 25, 2009.

6/19/09 - Alliance Individual Pass Program FY 2009/2010
In FY 2008/2009, the Alliance instituted a new shuttle pass program for individual riders whose employer does not contribute to the service. Due to the popularity of that program, the Individual Shuttle Pass Program will continue in FY 09/10 with no new rate increase.
The monthly pass costs $ 100 and is valid for one calendar month. There are "Specials" available for those wishing to purchase more than one month at a time.

Shuttle Pass Program
Beginning on December 13, 2004, the Brisbane Crocker Park Employer shuttle will be an EXCLUSIVE benefit for Brisbane residents and participating Brisbane employers. For information, contact the Alliance's shuttle department at (650) 588-8170 or via email.
Residents:
Brisbane residents can pick up a semi-annual pass, AT NO COST, from Brisbane City Hall, after showing proof of residency.
Students residing in Brisbane will need to obtain a shuttle pass.

Passes will be provided semi-annually to participating Brisbane employers, for distribution to their employees.

Purchase three months of shuttle access at one time, at the regular monthly rate, and receive the balance of the service period ‡ FREE. This is a maximum savings of $300 compared to purchasing six separate monthly passes. Maximum savings occurs when the pass is purchased before the new six-month service period. You will receive one shuttle pass, valid until the end of the current service period. |

Other Program Details
For pass requests received after 10th of the month, the calendar month begins with the first day of the following month. Please allow two weeks for pass delivery. Passes are valid until the last day of the month imprinted on the pass. Passes may only be purchased, to be utilized, within the service period associated with the rate schedule. |
Fill out the Individual pass request and mail it, along with your payment to the Alliance office to receive a monthly shuttle pass. Or stop by our San Bruno office. If you intend to pick up your pass at our office, please call in advance to schedule an appointment.
Payments can be made by check, money order and/or Commuter Check via mail or in person. Personal or business checks must contain the sender's preprinted address. No more than ten (10) Commuter Checks can be submitted as full or partial payment for a pass and no change can be provided – per Commuter Check.
We are unable to process credit card orders at this time.
