Station: So. San Francisco BART
This shuttle runs between the South San Francisco BART Station and the Utah-Grand area office buildings during commute hours Monday through Friday.
A valid shuttle pass is required for this route.

Station Loading Area
To locate the shuttle stop at the South San Francisco BART Station, exit the station to the North toward El Camino H. S. on Old Mission Road. Go down the steps/ramp to Stop #6 on your left.

Shuttle Service Holiday
The shuttle observes a number of holidays each year. On these "Service Holidays," this route will not be in operation. Following is the list of non-service days:
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
In addition to the days listed above, BART may operate limited service on President's Day and the day after Thanksgiving. On these two days and December 26th, the shuttle will observe a reduced schedule. In the morning, only trips designated as "AM-B..." will operate. In the afternoon, only trips designated as "PM-A..." will operate. Please refer to the schedule to determine which trips are served.
Unless noted elsewhere, the shuttle will maintain its normal schedule on days not observed as "Shuttle Holidays".

This Alliance managed shuttle WILL NOT be operating on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2009.

This Alliance managed shuttle WILL NOT be operating on New Years Day, Friday, January 1, 2010.

10/16/09 - Revised Utah-Grand BART Shuttle Schedule
The Utah-Grand BART schedule will be adjusted effective Monday, November 2, 2009. The service will be modified to provide consistent trips throughout the commute window as well as to allow for the addition of future employers joining the program.
- The shuttle stop at 455 E. Grand will move onto the Genentech Campus to the parking structure across from Bldg. 44. We apologize for any inconvenience this stop change may cause.
6/19/09 - Alliance Individual Pass Program FY 2009/2010
In FY 2008/2009, the Alliance instituted a new shuttle pass program for individual riders whose employer does not contribute to the service. Due to the popularity of that program, the Individual Shuttle Pass Program will continue in FY 09/10 with no new rate increase.
The monthly pass costs $ 130 and is valid for one calendar month. There are "Specials" available for those wishing to purchase more than one month at a time.
